I visited Exeter for one night and had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. This was a magnificent location short walk to a good value homely pub run by friendly people, the church and the airport. It also was to centre of Exeter. Had hot drinks in the wine bar.

I LOVE this place! The beds are super comfy and clean, and they got water bottles and coffee in the room too! It's cozy n cute here, i felt right at home. Was so nice to find everything super clean, really appreciate that. The guy from the village charges just £10 to take u to the center, super helpful!
The only thing was that the wallpaper had some wear n tear, a lil distracting. But it still felt nice overall.

The owners made us feel right at home by letting us into our room early and even dropped us off at the wedding venue! We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and enjoying a cozy chat at the bar. The only thing I noticed was that some wallpaper could use a refresh, but it didn’t take away from the charm! 👍

The fresh food took a bit to arrive, but it was well worth the wait-perfectly cooked and very satisfying.
For dads, it would be great if more family activities were available.

Couple seeking good food and comfort
The owners were cute, let us into our room early and even their dog felt at home. The food was fantastic, really the best we have had in ages, especially enjoyed the scampi with little touches like lemon balm on the dessert.
It wasn't inexpensive but worth every penny in my opinion.

friendly hosts but somewhat limited parking options
The hosts were warm and accommodating. The new mattresses ensured a great night's sleep, complemented by the beautifully green garden view from my room.
Parking options were slightly inconvenient.
